In February 2024, Brandie Gotch’s children got into a fight with some children at a park in Peoria, Arizona, while others watched and recorded.
Gotch showed up to pick up her kids, and a 14-year-old boy insulted her. She walked up to him, grabbed his hair, and shook his head back and forth.
Another kid called her a bitch, so she grabbed a stick and chased him while threatening to run him over.
Gotch eventually got her four kids into her truck. The boy who called her a bitch was standing with his sister, and Gotch drove at them. The boy moved, but his 12-year-old sister’s leg was run over, causing minor injuries.
Gotch proceeded to drive through the park and attempt to hit several more children, but they were able to get out of the way. She was arrested later that day.
She later claimed her kids were being bullied.
Gotch pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated assault. On June 13th, 2025, she was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
