15-year-old Precious Hamilton was at the home of 17-year-old Baseem Baker’s in Abington Township, Pennsylvania, on October 6th, 2025. Some reports say the two were exes.

Baseem’s mother left the two alone at 2:40 p.m. and returned at 4:30 p.m. At around 5 pm she found her son unresponsive and called 911.

Authorities showed up at the home and pronounced him dead from a single shot to the head.

Hamilton was the prime suspect from the outset. Surveillance showed her leaving the home at 3:30.

When police located her, she reportedly spilled the beans, saying she was getting her stuff to leave and “produced the firearm in a rapid fashion and was surprised when the revolver discharged.”

She also said she stole the gun from someone two months prior. Authorities found a photo on her iPad of her posing with the weapon; however, it has not been recovered.

She has been charged as a defendant with third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and other offenses.
